Exciting times in the Rewired office this month as our latest team member, Luke McNaney, joins us. It’s great to have Luke on board, and his copywriting skills have already proven to be a huge asset!
It feels like a momentous occasion – growing from one to three in the space of a year. And what a start to the year it’s been too. We’re all keeping nice and busy having won some great projects over the past couple of months, from the Royal Television Society Midlands Awards to BASS Festival, and the national premiere for Tormented on behalf of Screen WM.
Our other big news this month is winning Retail Birmingham’s PR campaign, following a multi-agency pitch. We’ll be working on behalf of Retail Birmingham and its brand, Style Birmingham, to carry out year round PR, events and promotions to raise awareness of Birmingham’s retail offer and drive footfall across the city’s stores. In a selfless display of customer service, Tara has taken it upon herself to journey to New York this week and research the competition. Well, that’s how she sold it to me on her holiday form anyway.
So a big welcome to Luke, and to our new clients. We’re all really looking forward to delivering some exciting campaigns in 2009.
