Birmingham Hippodrome flying high with online auction
Birmingham Hippodrome Development Trust is launching a new online auction to raise funds for its charitable work.
Opening on Friday 27 October, the first prize to be released is a four night stay for two at the Radisson Blu Hotel located in the heart of Dubai, with flights courtesy of Emirates Airline.
The lucky bidder will travel on one of Emirates’ two daily services from Birmingham Airport to Dubai and then enjoy a stay at the Radisson Blu, with its enviable location allowing easy access to both Dubai’s beaches and vibrant shopping areas including the Mall of the Emirates.
All of the money raised from the auction will go to Birmingham Hippodrome Development Trust and will be put towards the charity’s educational and ACCESS programme.
Rob Macpherson, Marketing and Development Director for Birmingham Hippodrome said:
“We’re delighted that Radisson Blu and Emirates are offering such a fabulous prize to launch our online auction and help raise funds for Birmingham Hippodrome’s valuable education and outreach work. We decided to conduct this auction online to give as many people as possible the chance to bid for this fantastic prize and the chance to jet off for some winter sunshine!”
The Hippodrome’s auctions will continue over the coming months, including money can’t buy prizes. To find out more or to bid visit http://ow.ly/31w34
