Cadbury World tiumphs at national awards
Cadbury World is celebrating after winning silver at the Enjoy England Awards for Excellence 2010 National Awards.
Debbie Bisseker, Head of Visitor Services at Cadbury World was announced as the silver winner in the Outstanding Customer Service category at a glittering awards ceremony in Brighton last week. Debbie’s success follows her recent gold triumph at the regional Heart of England Excellence in Tourism Awards at the end of 2009.
The Enjoy England Awards for Excellence are the highest accolade in English tourism and celebrate the very best quality and innovation across the industry. Debbie faced tough competition from Wakefield Tourist centre and Jury’s Inn, Liverpool.
Cadbury World has also been announced as the sponsor for the BRMB Lookers Vauxhall Junior and Family Walkathon which takes place on 6th June. The Junior and Family Walkathon is a new shorter route allowing families the option of only completing two stages of the legendary twenty-six mile Walkathon.This year Cadbury World celebrates its 20th Anniversary with a series of themed events planned throughout the year. This bank holiday weekend visitors are invited to dress up as Pirate as part of Pirates Weekend which is followed by a performance by popular martial arts duo Strike from Britain’s Got Talent on 8th May.
