Discover the science of chocolate at Cadbury World

Chocolate lovers can discover the science behind some of the nation’s favourite chocolate bars next week, with a range of special events and displays at  Cadbury World.

To coincide with National Science and Engineering Week, 15 – 19 March, the Bournville attraction will be running a series of fun and interactive demonstrations exploring the sights and smells of chocolate manufacturing.

Visitors can meet chocolatiers for demonstrations on how to make Cadbury’s Brunch Bar and find out the secret behind producing the bubbles in every Crunchie. Cadbury World has also created an ‘aroma pot challenge’, taking visitors on a tasting trip around the globe through an assortment of chewing gums.

Lucy Giaquinto, Marketing Manager at Cadbury World said: “We are delighted to be supporting National Science and Engineering Week with a wide variety of activities to help bring science to life for all the family.”

Cadbury World opened its doors in 1990 and now receives over 570,000 visitors each year including 30,000 school pupils. Whether you’re looking for fun, heritage or just something different you are sure to find it at Cadbury World.
