Hard Times photography talk with Paul Wenham-Clarke
As part of the Hard Times exhibition, The Big Issue and Birmingham City University are pleased to invite members of the public to a special talk by award-winning photographer Paul Wenham-Clarke.
The event takes place in association with Wenham-Clarke's exhibition which was commissioned by The Big Issue to mark 20 years since its launch. This stunning collection of images, which go on show at St Martin's-in-the-Bullring on September 2nd, have already been awarded the photography world's highest accolade, the Association of Photographers Gold Award.
Paul Wenham-Clarke has more than 23 years experience as a successful commerical photographer and is the recipient of numerous awards, including Professional Photographer of the Year, the Commonwealth European Photo Prize and the BIPP Portrait Photographer of the Year.
In 2007 he became a Senior Lecturer in Photography at one of the country's leading art institutions The Arts University College at Bournemouth.
The lecture will be taking place on 29th September from 6pm to 8pm in the Lecture Theatre at BIAD, Birmingham City University, Margaret Street. The event is free of charge and welcome to all, please RSVP to events@rewiredpr.com.
