Partnered with the BRIT School, Birmingham Ormiston Academy (BOA) welcomed the singing sensation and BRIT Trust chairman through its doors on Tuesday 18th October to meet with students, staff and partners and officially present the academy with a donation of £100k as they opened the new BRIT Trust Recording Studio.

Gaynor Cheshire, BOA Principal, comments: “We are extremely grateful to BRIT Trust for this sizable donation which has helped us realise the dream of providing our students with a first class, industry standard recording studio. We were delighted to welcome Jessie J and John Craig to the academy and look forward to seeing our pupils use the studio as part of their learning experience.”
