We worked with St. Philips following their rebrand from UK Land Development, to raise awareness of this and their relocation to new offices in Birmingham’s central Colmore Business District and we crafted their new website content to reflect their updated branding.

The Challenge

 

St. Philips, established in 2013 by Persimmon Homes’ former Group Development Director, Daniel Le Neveu, specialises in the promotion and delivery of all types of land for residential and mixed-use development. A dynamic and young company that wanted:

  • a brand, location and website to reflect their solid experience and match their rapid growth and ambitious plans for the future; and
  • to raise awareness about their rebrand and relocation; and 
  • to reach new regional audiences with their services.

Our Approach

 

We started with an immersive strategy session to understand St. Philips business strategy and marketing objectives (short and long term). We raised awareness of their recent company appointments, project wins and office relocation. 

We actively sought out industry features and opportunities for the company.We worked closely with St Philips on their website project, from briefing and sourcing a developer, to assisting with project management to delivering unique and personalised content across their new website.

The Outcome

 

We have seen immediate results in the form of their amazing new website – it’s so fulfilling when you see design, content and brand coming together in this way. 

St. Philips has seen an uplift in both website visitor numbers (from a wider demographic) and business enquiries. With great press coverage and profile features, watch this space on St Philips.  We predict that within the next 2 years, everyone interested in land development and property, will have heard of St. Philips.
