As 2025 draws to a close, we're reflecting on the past year at Rewired – and the clients and campaigns that have made it so special.
This year, we’ve been proud to deliver top-quality content and coverage for both consumer and B2B brands across the UK. Working with a diverse range of clients across a range of sectors, we’ve combined strategic thinking with creative flair to consistently exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.
From real estate and manufacturing to property management and finance, it’s been another busy year of B2B PR activity - here are some of our highlights...
Fired up for the next chapter: unveiling Firethorn’s new brand identity
Firethorn is a market-leading investor, developer, and asset manager in UK real estate. Working as its press office since 2020, we have supported Firethorn’s growth journey by developing its brand values, messaging, and positioning - brought to life through engaging content and insightful thought leadership.
In 2025, as Firethorn prepared to enter its next chapter, we managed the creation and launch of its new website, providing full end-to-end project management in support of its brand refresh. This included all copy production, site testing and functionality checks. Once live, we oversaw the roll out of the new website to key stakeholders, securing an exclusive interview with leading trade title, Green Street News to launch the rebrand to the market.
In the piece, Firethorn co-founders Chris Webb and Peter Mather reflected on Firethorn’s journey so far and discussed what its ‘second chapter’ means for the business. The in-depth feature caused an instant buzz in the market - confirming that Firethorn’s new brand identity had caught everyone’s attention.
Profit and purpose: communicating positive impact for Unity Trust Bank
Unity Trust Bank has a mission to create a better society, with its distinctive ‘double bottom line’ strategy balancing impact with profits. Working as its dedicated press office since 2019, our remit sees the delivery of a comprehensive B2B PR strategy, designed to promote Unity’s products, people, and purpose.
Over the past 12 months, Unity has become a leading voice for finance with a social impact. In October, we supported the launch of the bank’s £100m Green Tariff lending facility, which offers favourable lending terms to support energy-efficient projects. Most recently, we announced the successful recipients of Unity’s Impact Grant programme, which supports community projects that deliver positive social, economic, and environmental impact.
We also craft compelling industry award entries on behalf of Unity - helping the bank to secure a major win in 2025. The team was named ‘Funding Team of the Year’ at the 2025 Unlock Net Zero Awards - in recognition of Unity’s Retrofit Transition Initiative, which provided £50m of ring-fenced loan funding to support housing associations’ retrofit projects.
From maintaining a regular drumbeat of news announcements to supporting prestigious industry award wins, our work in 2025 has further positioned Unity as the bank of choice for ethically driven organisations in the UK.
Ask the expert: thought leadership for Switch Management
As the retained PR agency for the property management experts, Switch Management, we have supported the brand’s business and profile growth since our appointment in 2022. Working closely with Switch’s marketing team, our strategic PR activity promotes a growing asset portfolio, as the hospitality experts continue to diversify into new sectors.
Throughout 2025, we have continued to build brand visibility and awareness for the Switch Housing programme, which offers high-quality housing solutions for vulnerable families. This has involved promoting the benefits of working with Switch to landlords across the UK, where awareness was previously low, and building credibility amongst local authorities looking to provide stable, long-term accommodation for families in need.
Our targeted thought leadership approach has resulted in a range of in-depth features this year, in top-tier trade titles including Inside Housing, Property Wire, Property Reporter, Property Industry Eye, and Housing Management & Maintenance. Leveraging the expertise of Switch’s MD, John Angus, we have provided proactive expert insights on key issues impacting the housing sector – including the Renters’ Rights Act and the Autumn Budget – to ensure that Switch cuts through the noise and makes its voice heard.
The cost of compliance: an industry whitepaper for wienerberger
In 2025, we were appointed by wienerberger UK, the building materials manufacturer, to deliver a discreet campaign designed to position the brand in the architects’ space as a leading industry authority, and a premium provider of building materials.
To demonstrate how wienerberger is a credible commentator on key industry issues, we produced a thought-provoking industry whitepaper focused on ‘The Cost of Compliance’ – which calls for greater transparency of product information, to support architects in meeting increasing compliance demands.
The whitepaper explores how the evolving regulatory landscape, particularly the introduction of the Building Safety Act 2022, has been impacting architectural practices across the UK – a hot-topic for the sector. The findings drew on independent research that we commissioned on behalf of wienerberger, alongside deeper interviews conducted with experts including practitioners at Howells and Space Group, Manchester School of Architecture and the Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI).
Designed to create noise, engage stakeholders, and elevate brand awareness amongst target audiences, the whitepaper will provide us with a rich pool of content and thought leadership opportunities in 2026, as we cement wienerberger’s position as a key manufacturer of choice and authoritative voice in the industry.
