As another year draws to a close, we’re taking the opportunity to reflect on the past 12 months at Rewired – and the clients and campaigns that have made it so special.

This year, we’ve been proud to deliver top-quality content and coverage for both consumer and B2B brands across the UK. Working with a diverse range of clients across a range of sectors, we’ve combined strategic thinking with creative flair to consistently exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.

Here, we look back at highlights from some of our consumer PR campaigns. From delivering stand-out broadcast coverage for Drayton Manor to exceeding every KPI for Merry Hill, it’s been another busy and inspiring year of B2C activity! Read on to find out more…

Thrills and spills: creating broadcast buzz for 75 years of Drayton Manor

With more than 50 rides and attractions, including Europe’s only Thomas Land, as well as a 150-room hotel and 15-acre zoo, Drayton Manor Resort is one of the UK’s leading visitor attractions.

Appointed as Drayton Manor’s national PR agency in 2025, our core objective was to create energetic and headline-grabbing campaigns to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Staffordshire-based park. Our always-on press office ensured we maximised all opportunities to promote the park’s jam-packed schedule of events, activities, and entertainment in its milestone year – with a focus on securing top-tier broadcast coverage.

By leveraging our strong media connections, we secured national broadcast hits on Good Morning Britain and This Morning while BBC Breakfast’s Peter Ruddick delivered his piece to camera live from the park’s wildest rides!

From February to October, we secured over 240 pieces of coverage, including 55 broadcast pieces, with a reach of more than 2.7billion. With bespoke PR activity to support the park’s all-important seasonal trading periods, our campaign delivered stand-out results – and plenty of broadcast buzz – throughout 2025.

QRious Quest: unveiling an interactive experience at Merry Hill

This summer, leading shopping destination in the West Midlands, Merry Hill, invited visitors to take on a treasure hunt with a difference – ‘QRious Quest’. The centre-wide campaign offered a brand-new interactive experience to shoppers of all ages, through a fun and engaging mix of QR code discovery, AR games, and daily instant-win prizes.

Through strong media relations activity and a proactive press office, our three-month PR campaign was designed to engage core audiences, secure high-quality coverage, and drive awareness and footfall. By highlighting QRious Quest as a UK-first experience for shoppers, we positioned Merry Hill as the destination for families, friends, and gaming fans.

PR activity included a strategic mix of targeted press releases, regional competition placements, broadcast interview opportunities, and a bespoke survey story – which shared exclusive research exploring the key priorities for families during the summer holidays. Successfully delivering big impact within a short timeframe, our PR campaign went beyond expectations, exceeding its KPIs for broadcast, national and regional media coverage.

Capturing the beauty of photo walks with CEWE

CEWE, Europe’s leading photo printing company, offers customers the chance to transform their memories into photo products that they or their loved ones will cherish. Throughout 2025, we have delivered a comprehensive PR strategy to help boost CEWE’s site’s authority, improve organic rankings, and ultimately drive wider website traffic and sales.

To create unique, newsworthy content, we created a series of campaigns focused on photo walks, to align with seasonal moments through the year. This included revealing the UK’s most photogenic walking routes to explore during the summer and winter holidays, which maximised online visibility for CEWE during peak trading periods and secured over 55 pieces of coverage, 46 backlinks with an average DA of 78, a combined audience total of over 358 million, and multiple priority keywords reaching page 1 of Google.
